RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)
* Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
* Items returned after 30 days from delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There's often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account. If you've done all of this and still haven't received a refund, please contact us at shop@smartlamps.studio.

Promotional items (if applicable)
A refund can only be made for regular-priced items; sale items are unfortunately excluded from the refund.

Exchange (if applicable)
Exchanges are only granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at shop@smartlamps.studio and send the item to: Anne-Frank-Straße 10b, Bad Aibling, 83043, Germany.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase value upon return. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a voucher via email. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or sent directly to the gift recipient, the refund will be issued to the gift recipient, and they will be notified of the return.

Shipment
To return your product, you should send your product to: Anne-Frank-Straße 10b, Bad Aibling, 83043, Germany. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside. If you are sending an item valued at over €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing a
Consider shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
