Right of return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item to us in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging with a description of the reason for the return. We will issue a full refund within 10 days of receiving the returned item. If the item is not in its original condition, we will charge a restocking fee of €25.

Please enclose a note with your return containing the following information: order number, name, address, telephone contact and bank details.

Please note that for returned items without a receipt or invoice, we will only provide a credit note for the last known value of the item. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Smart Lamps does not cover the shipping costs for returns.

Cancellation policy

If you have placed an order and would like to change or cancel it, please contact us immediately at +49 174 3065895 or info@smart-lamps.de . If your order has already been delivered, you will receive a full refund of the value of the goods (including applicable taxes).
