Shipping conditions

1. General information about shipping

We ship our products within Germany and internationally to selected countries. Shipping is handled by DHL & UPS, and processing time is typically 7-10 business days.


2. Shipping costs & delivery options

Standard shipping within Germany: Free shipping – Delivery time approx. 7-10 working days

Shipping within the EU: €15 – Delivery time approx. 7-10 working days

International shipping: EU: €45 plus customs fees – Delivery time approx. 7-10 working days


3. Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination:

Standard shipping: 7-10 business days

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. Delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs clearance) are beyond our control.


4. Shipping restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following countries/regions: United States of America & Canada.


5. Shipment tracking

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the status of your order at any time.


6. Damaged or lost orders

Should your package arrive damaged or be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at shop@smartlamps.studio.

Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items and the packaging so that we can find a solution.

Lost packages: If your order hasn't arrived after 14 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping provider and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.


7. Returns & Complaints

Returns are accepted within 14 days. Please contact us in advance at shop@smartlamps.studio to register a return.

Smart Lamps will cover the return shipping costs.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
